- +++ to get into command mode, the you can use AT%Q to get the value of
- the line quality

- This command reports the line signal quality. A value below 20
- corresponds to good line quality. A value between 20 and 40 may be
- acceptable, while a value between 40 and 127 is an indication of very
- poor line quality and will result in retrain if enabled with the AT%E1
- command.
